UNIKON Metallurgical and Chemical Industries Ltd., established in 1988, serves the iron & steel and casting industries in Turkish and global markets with exothermic and insulating type feeder sleeves, topping compounds, mini risers, casting binders, industrial carbons, and chromite-based refractory materials. Located in Gebze, 50 km from Istanbul, our facility is established on a total area of 27,000 m², comprising 3,000 m² of indoor halls and 700 m² of office buildings.

Exothermic and insulating type feeder sleeves are produced in our facility, which has a capacity of approximately 10 million pieces/year for Turkish and world markets. Our in-house die manufacturing capability enables us to produce sleeves in any desired shape. Our Feeder Sleeve Production facility is equipped with modern, computerized vacuum forming features, ensuring we serve you beyond your expectations in terms of quality and on-time delivery
