UNIFEN B18 is a member of the new generation binders which
are cured with CO2, and used widely in the foundries for
mould and core making purposes.
Cores produced with UNIFEN B18 achieves high strength levels
during gassing stage thus provide a fast and high volume
production with minimun resin addition levels.
UNIFEN B18 is highly resistant to humidity. This property
enables the cores to be used with water based refractory
coatings.
Thin cores and cores require fast production rates can be
manufactured with very high efficiency and low production
losses thanks to its newly developed features.
