UNITOZ 300

UNITOZ 300, with high insulation and exothermic properties,
prevents heat transfer which increases solidification time and
increase feeder performance.

UNITOZ 600

UNITOZ 600, in addition to volume expansion, with the help of
carefully designed exothermic properties, doesn’t form a solid
layer after pouring and thus moves with the upper surface of
the solidifying metal. For high modulus feeders, decreases the
heat loss and increases feeder performance.

UNITOZ 800

Triggered by an exothermic reaction during casting, UNITOZ 800 expands to approximately four times its original volume, providing superior thermal insulation. Beyond its insulation value, the product is designed not to form a hard crust. Instead, it seamlessly follows the receding surface of the liquid metal within the feeder, thereby maximizing feeding performance. Thanks to this significant expansion, it delivers the same performance as traditional topping compounds while requiring only 25% of the standard usage rate.
