UNISET A1 is a no‐bake alkaline phenolic resin, cured with
ester based UNISER series of catalysts. UNISET A1 is developed
for high mechanical strength, easy breakdown after pouring
superior surface finish for castings.
High bench time to strip time ratio provides cores & moulds
less vunerable to alterations in application, low resin ratios
and a better working environment for the foundrymen.
Foundries using UNISET A1 can achieve a higher yield on
reclaimed sand.
With its superior mixing properties, UNISET A1 provides
the same strength all over the mould. For a better working
environment and a cleaner casting, UNISET A1 is designed to
have low gas emissions.
