UNISET A2, an ester cured alkaline phenolic no‐bake sand
binder designed for longer bench times, higher mould strength
and superior casting surfaces.
UNISER series catalysts are used to eliminate the changes of
curing speeds which are caused by ambient / sand temperature
and mould size.
Higher bench time to strip time ratios help the foundrymen
work more efficiently, use lower addition rates, become
less vunerable from temperature and other application
fluctuations.
UNISET A2 espescially shows higher performance on bigger
moulds or moulds that are prepared with high ambient / sand
temperature.
